CANCER ROUTINE
 

Start out the morning with fresh grapes WITH seeds, grapefruit, and 1 oz. of the liquid mineral called "Cesuim", along with Potassium. 

6 cloves raw garlic and 1/2 fresh lemon at lunch

2 garlic capsules 4x/day at meals and at sleep time, or 4 garlic tablets 4x/day at meals and at sleep time

One cup Aloe vera juice at meals 2x a day

6 oz. grape juice at breakfast daily

1 Tbsp. flaxseed oil in 1/2 cup of goat milk 2x a day with meals

TEAS: 4 cups PAU D’ ARCO tea daily between meals

BLUE VIOLET & RED CLOVER tea, drink freely between meals.  6 oz. carrot juice at lunch daily.

Series of HYPERTHERMIA TREATMENTS (3-5 a week  See below)

SUNBATH daily (not to the point of burning, 15 minutes suggested)

Daily progressive EXERCISE, as vigorous as tolerable, to point of sweating

Pure air, sunlight, abstinence, rest, exercise, proper diet, the use of alkaline water, trust in Divine Power.  These are the true remedies.

NUTRITION  Continue with a strict vegetarian diet. This diet excludes the use of all refined products, pasteurized dairy products, and meat products (including fish and chicken ).  It also limits the use of sugars and fats to levels in keeping with the most efficient operation of the body.

EXERCISE   Exercise quickens and equalizes the circulation of the blood, but in idleness the blood does not circulate freely and  natural healing changes necessary to life and health do not take place.
Exercise to tolerance every day.  Walking and gardening are good exercises.  Outdoor exercise is best.

AIR   Fresh air is good indoors as well as outside.  The lungs are constantly throwing off impurities, and they need to be constantly supplied with fresh air.  Let there be a current of fresh air and an abundance of light in every room of the house.

SUNLIGHT   Sunshine stimulates the immune system and so fortifies us against disease.  It decreases blood cholesterol levels, lowers respiratory rate and deepens respiration, decreases resting heart rate, increases the oxygen-carrying capacity of blood, lessens fatigue and exhaustion, lowers blood sugar, decreases stress, and calms the nerves. Take advantage of sunlight 30 minutes every day.

WATER   Alkaline Water is the great cleanser.  Our bodies are 70 to 80 percent water.  Therefore, adequate intake of water lessens fatigue and depression of physical and mental faculties.  It increases mental alertness and intelligence. Our bodies require 1/2 of you body weight in ounces of water daily.

TEMPERANCE   Christ came to this world and lived the law of God, that man might have perfect mastery over the natural inclinations which corrupt the soul. The Physician of the soul and body, He gives victory over warring lusts.  Temperance means a complete abstinence from all harmful things and a wise use of all good things whether in diet or any activity in life.  A proper balance of all things is required.  Without balance, the human body, mind, and soul become ill-proportioned and diseased.

REST   Seven to eight hours every night at the same time and beginning a few hours before midnight are best. This ensures adequate, sound sleep and proper production of a hormone essential for cheerfulness and growth.  Also remember that God has provided one day of rest per week to all mankind as a restorative blessing.

TRUST IN DIVINE POWER  We need to have faith that God is working to restore us.  God is the Creator.  Don’t neglect to spend time with Him daily in study and in prayer.  The Lord will work through every step you take in faith, even if it seems small.  Take courage.  If the sick and suffering will do only as well as they know in regard to living out the principles of health reform perseveringly, then they will in nine cases out of ten recover from their ailments.

THINGS TO REMEMBER

Please continue to stay away from meats and pasteurized dairy products and try to eat lots of raw vegetables.  Eat 6 cloves of garlic daily and drink a glass of carrot juice.

Please increase the outdoor activity.  If possible try to exercise daily and drink a lot of water. (Look up the benefits of water, sunshine, and exercise as they are listed above.)

Please continue with the fever treatments after the three week's break.  (Try to have treatments daily for 3 weeks.)

Please don’t forget the teas Pau D’Arco- (Use 1 tbsp. for 1 cup of water and boil it gently for 20 min.)
 
Blue Violet and Red Clover-(Use 1 tsp. of each for a cup of water and steep it for 30 min.)

Please continue taking the Aloe Vera juice-(Use 2 tsp. in a glass of water, twice a day).  I wish you all the best and God’s guidance all the way.

In Isaiah 41:10 it is written “ Fear not; for I am with you; be not dismayed; for I am your God.  I will strengthen you; yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of My righteousness.”  So fear not, for He knows what He is doing. The objectives of the cancer routine are to improve circulation to and oxygenation of the cells; to change the intestinal flora with a high fiber diet; to discourage cancer cell growth with hot baths; to stimulate the immune mechanism for cancer resistance; and to combat toxins which cause anemia and loss of appetite.

NUTRITION

a.   Vegetables - As raw as possible - use sprouts- eat freely

b.   Fruits - always raw - generously

C.  Grains -whole - moderately

d.   Nuts and seeds - sparingly

e.   Avoid hydrogenated oils, margarine, shortening, grease.

f.    Omit all animal products - meat, pasteurized milk, non organic  
      yogurt, cheese, or pasteurized, non organic butter.

g.   Use only whole grain cereals, bread (sprouted is best), pastas.

h.   Use legumes (dried beans) five or more times weekly.

i.   Take two tablespoons of Barley Grass powder two times daily  in 
      6 oz. of water.

j.    Use honey, molasses, barley malt, or Sucanat; stay away  
      from white & brown sugars. Also use Stevia.

k.   Dried fruits used moderately are best.

1.   Eat two to three meals per day. Two are best. Never snack. Not a
      sip or a taste or a morsel between meals.

m.  Have a set time for meals.  Establish regularity and
      regimentation as far as meal schedule is concerned.

n.   Read labels for irritants and harmful foods and additives such as
      vinegar, monosodium glutamate, pepper (black, cayenne, or hot)
      baking powder, soda, animal products, ginger, cinnamon,
      nutmeg, cloves, all spices.

o.   Omit one to three meals weekly unless underweight.

p.   Eat most (80%) of your fruits and vegetables RAW.

q.   Eat slowly, chewing well, and try to have a diet of mainly
      raw foods. There are many books that have raw recipes, one
      book is called "Rawsome". 

r.    When you do cook grains and legumes, cook thoroughly
      for three hours at least.  Use crock pots.
 
s.    Enjoy gardening.

t.    Omit liquid foods at meals except on rare occasions.  Liquid
      foods are pops, juices, water based soups, other beverages. 

U.   Use frozen fruit blended with a little fruit juice.  Occasionally use
      as an ice cream substitute.

v.    Shop at health food stores and produce markets.

w.   Put five hours between the end of one meal and the beginning of
       the next.

x.   Never use soft drinks, coffees, teas, chocolate, and medicines.
      May use herb teas.

y.   Take four garlic pills or capsules four times per day and upon
      retiring.

z.    Drink 1/4 cup of Aloe Vera juice at meals.  

aa.  Drink 6—8 oz. of fresh carrot juice daily, at lunch.

bb.  Eat carrots, grapes, cabbage, asparagus, brussel sprouts, beets,
       broccoli, dark 
greens, kohlrabi, cauliflower - one or two
       servings daily.

WE REPEAT:

A.   Eat plenty of raw fruit including fresh lemon and grape juice, or
      raw vegetables 
including carrot juice (but not both fruits and
      vegetables at the same meal).  If 
possible, fifty to eighty percent
      of the meal should be eaten raw.  Asparagus and
garlic have
      both been ascribed anticancer qualities.

B.   Choose cooked grains or vegetables from the following list.
      These foods are 
selected because of their low phenylalanine and
      lysine content:
Potatoes (sweet), Oats, Carrots, Buckwheat, Rice, 
        Barley, Millet, Rye

C.  Use immature legumes such as field peas or green peas not
     more than twice a week, as they are high
in phenylalanine and
     lysine.  Select only one at a
meal.

D.  Use whole grain cereals or quick breads without sugar, baking
     powder or soda, or excessive salt.

PLANT STEROID DIETS

For cancer of the breast, a low plant steroid diet should be taken; while for cancer of the prostate, a high plant steroid diet should be taken.  Below are listed low estrogen foods.

EXERCISE

e.   Jog on padded surfaces as appropriate.

f.   Rebounder (mini-trampoline) -    
     If jumping is difficult, just bounce, gently!

g.  Gardening

h.  Spas

i.   Lawn care

j.   Exercise daily, progressively, done religiously, especially after
     meals

k.  At least 30 minutes and up to l mile walking daily.

l.   Exercise produces brain substances (endorphins) that “doeth good
     like a medicine”.

m. Massage for passive exercise.

n.  Range of motion exercises.

o.  Blow up balloons for lung strength & increased oxygenation.

WATER

a.  1/2 your body weight in ounces of water, as pure as possible
      Alkaline Water is best. (Also, regular bowel move­ments daily are
      important.)  Two cups very warm water upon arising in 
      morning are very helpful the for this. 

b.  Drink four cups of Pau d’ Arco tea daily.  (Make by boiling 3
      tablespoons of the tea in four cups water for 15 minutes, then
      steep for 15 minutes more.)

C.  Drink 2-4 cups Chaparral tea daily.  (Make by steeping one 
      teaspoon of leaves per cup of pre-boiled water for 15 minutes.

d.  Do not use sweeteners in your teas.  Though they are medicinal
     and may not appeal to your taste, the herbs were given to us by
     our Creator for healing.  Drink them faithfully!

e.  Drink Blue Violet and Red Clover tea freely. The herb teas may be
     continued if desired.  Consider these herb teas as part of your
     daily water intake if you choose.

f.   A daily bath is essential; personal hygiene is a must.  Wear a
     clean change of clothes daily.

g.  Clean and neat living conditions and fastidious kitchen facilities
     are important.

h.  l5-20 minutes of Hyperthermia  (3-5X per week, depending on 
     the strength of the patient).  However, no more than one per day.
     (See 1-7 below)
 

HYPERTHERMIA

1.  Use a hot bath of l08-110 degrees F. to accomplish this “Fever”
     or “Hyperthermia”
.

2.  Obtain l02-l04 degrees F. orally and maintain it for 20-40
     minutes, as tolerated.

3.  When oral temperature goes above l00 degrees F. or patient 
      begins to sweat, keep head very cool with icy cloths changed 
      often.

4.  Keep bath water l10-ll2 degrees F. while oral tempera­ture is
     l02-l05 degrees F.  Do this by draining cooling water and adding
     hot water.

5.  End hyperthermia with tepid shower, brisk drying, and one hour
     of bed rest with an ice pack on forehead.

6.  Prevent chilling after treatment.

7.  Abort if heart rate rises above 160 in a per­son under
     50 years of age.  Abort if heart rate rises above l40 in
     a person over 50 years old. For more details on fevers,
     see the book Home Remedies.

8.  For superficial tumors, use ice massage for seven to twelve
     minutes; follow by twenty minutes of hot compresses and end
     with cold compresses of one minute on the effected area.

SUNSHINE
Twenty to sixty minute sunbath daily would be healthful.  Expose at least face and arms. Gradual increase in exposure avoids burning.

TEMPERANCE
God will supply power and help to overcome once and for all:
Overeating, snacking between meals, indulgence of unhealthful habits, (caffeine, nicotine), purging, prescription or non—prescription drug usage.

AIR
a.  Fresh, outdoor air. Avoid smog, motor exhaust, hydrocarbons, 
     tobacco smoke, hairspray, and other toxic substances.

b.  Keep correct posture.

c.  Keep sleeping rooms well aired, being careful not sleep in a
     draft.

d.  Spend more time out of doors.

e.  Take 20 deep breaths outdoors or near an open window 2-4
      times per day.

f.   Blow up balloons to encourage oxygenation of tissues.

g.  Hike

h.  Spend time out of cities as much as possible.

i.  Remember that prayer is the breath of the soul.

REST
Reinstate regularity, routine, order and predict­ability of daily activities. This allows for less stress.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING TEA

LEAVES AND BLOSSOMS

Use 1 teaspoon of dried herbs to 1 cup of water, or 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) of the herb to 1 quart of water, if a larger quantity is desired.

To make herb tea:  Boil the water. Remove from heat and add herbs to the water.  Cover and let steep for 15 minutes.  After that, stir and let settle, then strain and let cool to drinkable temperature.

POWDERS
Use only 1/2 teaspoon per cup of boiling water.  Steep until cool. Strain before drinking.

ROOTS, BARK AND SEEDS
These types of herbs must be boiled to extract the active ingredients. Place 1 ounce (2 Tbs) in 1 1/2 pints (3 cups) of cold water. Cover and let boil for about one hour. Then strain and drink or store in a glass container in the refrigerator for future use. While herb teas should be made fresh daily, teas from roots, barks, or seeds can be stored about one week.

For PAU D’ ARCO tea, use 4 tablespoons to 1 quart of water. Bring to a boil and let simmer 10 minutes. Turn off heat and let set for 20 minutes.

HOW IT WORKS

HEAT
Causes dilation or enlargement of the blood vessels of the area it is applied to, as much as 40% pulling deep congestion and impurities to the surface, thereby entering the blood stream, thus relieving internal congestion of organs and surrounding tissue. It dramatically increases the germ fighting WHITE BLOOD CELLS, nutrients and oxygen.

COLD
Constricts the blood vessels, squeezing out all that blood loaded with disease and waste to return back to the internal organs of cleansing, such as the liver, lungs, and kidneys to be cleansed and revived.
